Throughout her career, she has prepared over 1,000 estate plans specifically tailored to the needs and goals of her clients. They include plans for individuals with special needs, blended families, non-US citizens, and high-net-worth clients, all of which require unique estate and tax planning to fit their needs. Paige guides clients through the estate and trust administration processes after the passing of a loved one. When necessary, she vigorously pursues her clients’ objectives through both trust and estate litigation. Paige also assists families with complicated Medicaid eligibility guidelines, ensuring that your loved ones get the in-home and nursing home care they need without losing everything.
